施工程序與方法 Construction Procedure

·在攪拌容器內(nèi)倒入40公斤水，開動攪拌機(jī)到高速擋,，倒入一袋A料攪拌5分鐘,，泡沫到達(dá)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)位置，調(diào)到低速擋運(yùn)行,，緩緩加入50公斤水泥,，再加入B料充分?jǐn)嚢?span>5分鐘至均勻的膏糊狀。 

·打開閥門把漿料注入沉箱或基面,，流到位置后關(guān)閉閥門,，用刮板稍稍刮平待其表干。

·加入32.5R與42.5R水泥干固時(shí)間和強(qiáng)度會有所差異，如工期較緊建議使用42.5R水泥施工,。

·澆注完工未干固禁止踩踏,，以免影響施工效果。

·施工完成后立即清洗干凈機(jī)器和閥門,，以免水泥結(jié)塊堵塞閥門,。

·嚴(yán)禁開機(jī)后伸手入機(jī)器桶內(nèi)，以防發(fā)生意外,。
